Credit Card Issuance Delay

If your credit card expires at the end of this month, you may be wondering why you haven't received your new card.

Due to a production issue at the facility where cards are created, there was a delay in shipping.

The cards have shipped and we anticipate most cardholders will receive theirs before the expiration date or very soon after.
